super cute. great for Mardi Gras even if its not raining. Have not worn them to a parade yet only to class and craw fishing and have gotten a lot of comments.
These boots are SOOO, SOOO cute in person, but measure your calf muscles first to see if they'll fit !! If your shin is "stronger" than 15" around, these precious boots will NOT fit. :'(
