Frequently Asked Questions
Orders are shipped via USPS and ship within 3-4 business days if we have the item in stock and can take an additional 5-7 days to arrive. If we do not have an item in stock, it can take up to two weeks or more to ship. You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped. Please note that our shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you choose in-store pickup, those orders take at least 3 business days to process and arrive at your pickup location. You will receive a call as soon as it gets to the store you have chosen for pickup.
What size should I get?
First thing to know is that we have two different t-shirt fits: Female fit and unisex fit. Here’s what you need to know about that:
Our female shirts fit like a junior size and are fitted for a fashionable retro look. These shirts run really small. Go one size up if you like more room. They don't fit like a regular t-shirt, they’re fitted and a bit snug. For example, a woman who wears a size 10-12 would get a 2XL in our female shirt. See, I told you they ran small!
Our unisex shirts, now those fit like a regular t-shirt and are true to size. If you like the way a basic t-shirt fits, then this is the style for you. This is what you’d order for a guy as well, as it fits like a regular t-shirt. It’s not fitted.

Where can I find a coupon code?
You’ll get one when you place your first order. We send one with every online order and you can use it with every subsequent order until it expires.
I didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order. Help!
If your order was successfully completed online, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and your order number. If you didn't receive this email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder--sometimes they end up in there. If you did NOT receive a confirmation email at all, your order did not complete in our online system and you will not be charged for the items.
I didn't receive my confirmation email but you charged me anyway. Help!
Depending on your bank and its card policies, sometimes when you place an online order, your bank or credit card company will place a hold on those funds until the order is successfully completed. If you didn't receive a confirmation email from us but it looks like we charged you, it's almost always because your bank has placed a hold on the funds, and they'll release them back to your account in a few hours.
How do I send a donation request?

Please note: Due to the number of donation requests we get each month and the amount that we already donate from the proceeds of certain shirts, we only choose two donation requests per month to participate in. If chosen, we will contact you. We wish we could donate to all of the causes! If only our landlord would take good deeds for rent. Sigh.

What does the "I Donate" icon mean?
The "I Donate" sticker means that a portion of the proceeds from these shirts gives back to local New Orleans organizations and charities. Read item description for exact charity/organization that this item supports and thanks for helping us give back to New Orleans!
How soon can I pickup my in-store pickup order?
Someone will contact you when your order has arrived at the pickup store you requested. While we will work as fast as we can to get your order there as soon as possible, we do ask that you give us THREE BUSINESS DAYS to get your order to your requested pick-up location.
You see, we like to under promise and over deliver, and three days gives us time to make sure we don’t let you down. However, you might hear from us sooner than three business days, but we like to be safe just in case we can’t make that happen.
Need your order sooner than three business days? It may be better to call that particular store and ask for them to do a payment by phone and hold the item until you can pick it up. That way, we can be sure that item is in stock at the particular store you’d like to pick it up from. Our goal is to make you happy but also set realistic time frames that we can meet.
